We are an established boutique reformer Pilates studio located in the heart of downtown Kingston, Ontario. Our Pilates classes are hosted by Georgia, a fully certified Pilates instructor and movement educator, in an intimate setting where everyone is supported. Each class is designed to create a world where every woman experiences the joy and freedom or movement.
Intro Offer: Beginner Reformer (mandatory for all new members)
This mandatory beginner class is designed to teach new members proper alignment, unique setups, and the key Pilates principles. You'll build strength and body awareness through the foundational reformer repertoire, setting you up for success to confidently join our signature group reformer classes.
Full Body Reformer
Experience a streamlined, flowing class targeting your entire body. Challenge your core, mobilize your spine, and work your legs and arms to feel strong and mobile from head to toe. The perfect complement to our signature classes!
Sculpt & Tone Reformer
Build on your previous reformer classes with added intensity! This dynamic, full-body workout emphasizes control, precision, and mindfulness. Expect small movements and high repetitions targeting arms, core, and lower body. This class will include a prop such as a squish ball, fitness circle, maple pole, or toning balls.
Strength & Restore Reformer
This gentle reformer class targets muscles and bone strength with weight-bearing exercises that strengthen the core, spine, and legs without stressing joints. It's ideal for preventing bone mass loss and is perfect for those with arthritis, osteoporosis, or hip replacements.
Jumpboard Reformer
This low-impact class combines the cardio trampoline with classic reformer exercises for a sweat-inducing workout. Gentle on knees and ankles boosts cardiovascular endurance, strength, and core engagement. Expect interval jumps to keep you on your toes!

I have previous Pilates experience. How can I join your studio? Please reach out to Georgia at georgia@infinitewellness.net for more information

Is Pilates suitable for older people?Pilates is accessible to everybody! Pilates exercises are low impact and can be modified to suit your individual needs at any age. It is a great form of exercise for osteoporosis, neurological issues, pre and post joint replacement, and any other physician limitations.
-
I have an injury and have not exercised in awhile. Can I do Pilates? If you have been cleared for exercise by your Physician, we are happy to schedule a private one-on-one session to learn more about your limitations, answer any questions, and decide a plan of action moving forward.
-
How often should I do Pilates? For the best results it's suggested to do 2-3 classes per week as attending classes infrequently does not allow for advancement of practice and may result in injury.
-
I’m pregnant, is there anything I should avoid in Pilates classes?Congratulations! As long as you have been active pre-pregnancy and are cleared to attend classes, you can continue with your regular classes. Notify the instructor so that they can give you the appropriate modifications. Unfortunately jumpboard classes must be paused after the first trimester and resumed postnatally. You can also consider prenatal classes when they are offered. Great way to meet other mamas!
