Intro Offer: Beginner Reformer (mandatory for all beginners)

It's ideal if you're new to Pilates and if you've always wanted to try reformer and learn the authentic Pilates method. You'll learn how to move with deep core stability and proper alignment, your unique setup, safety, and Pilates principles. You'll build strength and body awareness through the foundational reformer repertoire, setting you up for success to confidently join our signature group reformer classes.

Reformer Multilevel

Our multilevel reformer class is designed to strengthen and tone your entire body.  With an emphasis on alignment and mindful movement, this open-level class takes you to the root of Pilates, combining the classical and contemporary exercises you love. It will help define your core, sculpt your muscles, and improve your posture, flexibility, and mind-body connection. This class establishes a strong foundation for your everyday health and fitness. Whether you're a seasoned Pilates practitioner or newer to the practice, reformer multilevel provides a supportive space to unlock your potential and grow stronger.

Reformer Sculpt

Push your limits and build a stronger, more resilient body in this multilevel class that blends classic and contemporary reformer exercises with more advanced moves to create dynamic flows, without compromising on the fundamental basics of Pilates. This class focuses on enhancing muscular endurance, power, and overall performance through dynamic resistance training and functional movement patterns. You will flow through exercises that tap into integrated strength and endurance, utilizing added tension and props in addition to the reformer apparatus's resistance.

Strength & Restore Reformer

This full-body reformer class offers a perfect blend of strengthening and stretching. Moving at a slower pace, you'll focus on building strength while flowing into movements that release tension for your joints and muscles. The exercises prioritize mobilization and flexibility, giving your body the tender loving care it deserves. This class is beneficial and safe for everyone, particularly those with arthritis, osteoporosis, or hip replacements. You'll leave feeling more centered and relaxed from head to toe!

Reformer Jump

This high energy class combines classic reformer exercises with the reformer cardio trampoline to heat up your entire body. You'll sweat, get your heart rate up, and challenge your body without stressing your joints. The reformer trampoline is designed to be gentle on your knees and ankles while still providing excellent cardiovascular endurance and strength training benefits. Expect dynamic interval jumps woven throughout the class to keep you engaged and energized.

Reformer Foundations

A class designed for the beginner however, is also a great class if you're looking to deepen your understanding of fundamental movements, working with physical limitations, or simply want to revisit the basics of the reformer. Our goal is to support your practice by focusing on foundational exercises that will help you confidently progress. You'll build upon key Pilates principles, ensuring you're well prepared for our other classes. *You must complete a short introduction called Reformer Basics prior to joining your first Reformer Foundations class*
