Given the small, intimate nature of our classes as well as all the apparatus, we are not accepting drop-ins for beginners. For your safety and to optimize your experience at the studio, ALL beginners must start with the Reformer Beginner Intro Offer! It includes 6 Reformer Foundations classes before attending our other signature group classes. Please fill our the form below to join the waitlist to be the first to hear of upcoming offerings!
Yes, if you have previous reformer experience from another studio please purchase the Previous Experience Intro Offer or reach out to Georgia at georgia@infinitewellness.net for more information.
There is a keypad on the main building entrance that requires a code for entry. Georgia will email you the code prior to your first class. Once you enter the code and the door unlocks, please lock the door behind you and proceed up the stairs to the second floor. The studio door is locked during and between all classes. If you arrive early and find yourself locked out it either means we are setting up for class or are wrapping up a session. In this scenario, please wait and we will be with you momentarily.
Aim to arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time.
Suit up in comfortable workout gear. You will also need grip socks for every class which can be purchased at the studio if needed! Mats are provided for the mat Pilates classes but you are welcomed to bring your own. Suggested to bring a water bottle for hydration!
There’s a municipal parking lot next door to the studio, as well as other municipal parking lots, and street parking available, so you don’t need to stress about where to park.
There is a 24 hour cancellation window for all classes. Please cancel your class on your Wellness Living account a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the class start time to allow others to move from the waitlist into class or book in.
In instances where there are repeated no-shows, there may be a fee charged or the discretion for Georgia to limit future bookings to allow a fair opportunity to others. Classes are small and time is very valuable so please make every effort to manage your classes and communicate any absences via email in advance.
If you’re on the waitlist it is your responsibility to monitor your email – in the event that someone cancels, the system will email you that a spot has been available and you must confirm or cancel your reservation. If you are unable to attend class you must remove yourself from the waitlist to allow others the opportunity.
Please cancel your class on your Wellness Living account as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend so that others have the opportunity to get into class. Please do not email, text, or message on socials to manage your class reservations. Members must manage their cancellations and bookings via their profile on the WellnessLiving software.
We have limited space in our classes and your safety is our top priority! When you attend a second class in a day you compromise your form and it’s a liability for the studio. Your muscles also need adequate time in between classes for recovery.
All class packages have a set expiry date noted on WellnessLiving and expire within their set term (i.e. Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall). Packages cannot be extended beyond their expiration date, refunded, or transferred.
All beginners must start with our Intro Offer which includes 5 beginner reformer classes. Given the small, intimate nature of our classes as well as all the equipment, for your safety we are not accepting drop-ins. Please join the waitlist for upcoming opportunities!
Place all your belongings in the reception room or down the hall in the storage cubicle. Turn off the world outside and leave your cell phones outside of the classroom. Classes are designated self- time for you and are phone-free zones and not permitted in class. We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience and escape!
Please contact us as we are a growing studio and would love to hear from you!
Pilates is accessible to everybody! Pilates exercises are low impact and can be modified to suit your individual needs at any age. It is a great form of exercise for osteoporosis, neurological issues, pre and post joint replacement, and any other physician limitations.
If you have been cleared for exercise by your Physician, we are happy to schedule a private one-on-one session to learn more about your limitations, answer any questions, and decide a plan of action moving forward.
For the best results it's suggested to do 2-3 classes per week as attending classes infrequently does not allow for advancement of practice and may result in injury.
Congratulations! As long as you have been active pre-pregnancy and are cleared to attend classes, you can continue with your regular classes. Notify the instructor so that they can give you the appropriate modifications. Unfortunately jumpboard classes must be paused after the first trimester and resumed postnatally. You can also consider prenatal classes when they are offered. Great way to meet other mamas!
