I have an injury and have not exercised in awhile. Can I do Pilates? If you have been cleared for exercise by your Physician, we are happy to schedule a private one-on-one session to learn more about your limitations, answer any questions, and decide a plan of action moving forward.
-
How often should I do Pilates? For the best results it's suggested to do 2-3 classes per week as attending classes infrequently does not allow for advancement of practice and may result in injury.

I’m pregnant, is there anything I should avoid in Pilates classes?Congratulations! As long as you have been active pre-pregnancy and are cleared to attend classes, you can continue with your regular classes. Notify the instructor so that they can give you the appropriate modifications. Unfortunately jumpboard classes must be paused after the first trimester and resumed postnatally. You can also consider prenatal classes when they are offered. Great way to meet other mamas!
